How does member automation work?
Once connected, our system automatically adds new subscribers to your WhatsApp/Telegram group or your Discord server and removes those who unsubscribe. Everything runs 24/7 without any action from you. And it’s 100% secure.
How many groups/servers can I link?
You can link as many WhatsApp and Telegram groups or Discord servers as you want.
Do I need to provide payment information to use the service?
No, you can start for free and use all the features.
Why switch to the Pro plan?
The Pro plan has the exact same features as the Free plan, but you get a fixed 3% fee on revenue (instead of 14% with the Free plan).
How do I manage subscriptions and payouts?
All subscriptions and payments are orchestrated by Join My Coach but integrated directly into your own Stripe account. You can manage your payouts from Stripe as you like. That’s why we ask you to connect your Stripe account to Join My Coach.
What is Stripe?
Stripe is a secure and reliable online payment service that allows you to receive payments into your bank account.
How are payment failures and cancellations handled?
When a subscription is canceled, or after multiple payment failures, the system will automatically remove the user from your community.
How are fees charged on my sales?
For each subscription or payment made by your customers, a fixed fee linked to your plan (Free/Pro) is automatically charged by Join My Coach. Stripe fees are added on top and vary by country and payment method.

Stripe isn’t available in my country. Can I still use the platform?
No, for now payments are fully handled by Stripe.
